Company overview
AH diagnostics was established in 1986 as a supplier of products and services to life science and diagnostics to pharmaceutical, biotech, hospitals and to academic researchers.
AH diagnostics has since expanded into the Nordic countries;
Sweden, AH diagnostics Ltd. was founded the 1st March 1994.
Norway, AH diagnostics Ltd. commenced trading on 1st December 1995.
Finland, AH diagnostics Ltd. commenced trading on 1st September 2004.
Head office is located in Aarhus, Denmark. In addition we have a sales office in Copenhagen. We currently have 42 employees in the Nordic region. The subsidiaries are individual limited companies but owned by AH diagnostics as Denmark.

Company Mission
Our mission is to be the supplier of choice of high quality and innovative products, equipment and related support services in four Nordic countries within the Life Science, Diagnostics and BioApplicance area in selected segments.
Ownership
The Danish limited company is owned by NSR Holding A/S by 51 2/3% (Niels Rüdiger, Managing Director at AH diagnostics), ABL Biotec by 33 1/3% (Asger Bach-Larsen founder of AH diagnostics), and Helle Sørensen Invest Aps by 15% (Helle Sørensen, Ass. Managing Director at AH diagnostics).
